Apply Philly Charter now uses a new Rank and Match Lottery System. The application will open for the Pre-Deadline cycle for the 2027-2028 lottery season on September 18th, 2026.

Families can rank up to 15 schools and make changes until Tuesday, January 15, 2026.

If your neighborhood (catchment) school is a Renaissance school with open seats, you may get two offers: one from the lottery and one from your neighborhood school. See participating schools on the Schools page and visit the FAQ for more info.
